How do we book you?

It starts with an enquiry. I’ll send over my brochure and a link to book a discovery call. If everything feels like a good fit, I’ll send through a contract and invoice — once both are completed, your date is locked in.

How far in advance should we book?

I take bookings up to 18 months in advance. Most couples tend to enquire around the 12–15 month mark, but once you’ve found your photographer, there’s no need to wait. I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to keep things personal.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. I photograph weddings across the UK and abroad, especially in places like Italy and Mallorca. All travel and accommodation are included in your quote, so you don’t need to organise a thing on my side.

Can we customise our photography package?

Every wedding is different, and your coverage should reflect that. You can add extras like film, second shooters, multi-day coverage or albums. If something doesn’t feel needed, we can tailor around it. Just let me know what matters most to you.

Will you help us with planning?

Yes, I’ll help with timelines, light focussed ceremony times, and building in space for the photos that matter to you. You’ll also get a planning guide packed with tips to make the most of your day.

Do we need a second photographer?

It depends on your plans. If you’re getting ready in different locations or have a large guest list, a second shooter is the best way to capture more moments without feeling rushed or stretched. I’ll always give honest advice on this during our discovery call.

Are you insured?

Yes, I’m fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity cover. Most venues ask for this, and I’m always happy to provide documents if needed. You’re in safe hands.

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll get a preview within 48 hours of your wedding. The full gallery will be ready 4–6 weeks later. Carefully selected, edited by me, and delivered in a beautiful online gallery ready to download, share and print.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes. Your gallery includes access to a premium print store with albums, prints and frames. All designed to showcase your images exactly as they should be. No fuss, just simple, beautiful quality. If you’re after something more bespoke, like a custom coffee table book, I can help design and organise that too.

What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?

Most people feel that way. My job is to help you relax, to know when to guide, when to step back, and how to make the process feel natural. You don’t need to perform, just be yourselves, and I’ll take care of the rest.
