Full Day Coverage
Up to 10 hours of coverage, included as standard. No need to choose between various package lengths. I’ll be there to capture the full story, from the quiet lead up to the energy of the evening, so nothing meaningful is missed.

Every image you receive is carefully selected and edited by me. No outsourcing, no bulk processing. You’ll get a curated collection of your best moments, ready to print, share, and relive. High-res and web size files included, with full printing rights.

About a month before the day, we’ll jump on a call and walk through everything. Creating a tailored timeline that works for your plans, your people, and the photos you care most about. It’s all about keeping things relaxed, well paced, and stress free.

Wherever your wedding takes place, travel and accommodation are included in your final quote. No hidden extras or last minute add-ons. I handle everything on my side, so you don’t have to organise a thing. Just focus on the plans. I’ll be there, on time, ready to shoot.

Today (Enquire)
Once you enquire, I’ll send over my brochure with everything you need to know, along with a link to book a short discovery call. It’s a chance for us to connect, chat through your plans, and see if we’re the right fit.
Booking Day
After our call, if everything feels right, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. Your date is officially secured once both are completed. From there, we’re all set. I’m with you every step of the way.
Now Until your Wedding Day
This is where I start to get a deeper sense of who you are as a couple, what your plans look like, and the kind of imagery you’re drawn to. Some couples like regular calls, others prefer a more hands-off approach. I’m happy with either.
The more connected I am to your vision, the more intentional your photos will feel.
Engagement Shoot (Optional Add-on)
If you’ve chosen a pre-wedding shoot, we’ll plan something relaxed and personal. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create some beautiful images before the big day.
6 Weeks Before the Wedding
I’ll send over a short questionnaire and we’ll schedule a final call to go through your timeline, key moments, and anything else you’d like me to know. Your final balance is due at this stage too.
Wedding Day!
I’ll arrive with plenty of time, blend in where needed, step in when it helps, and capture everything with intention. Your only job is to be present and enjoy it all.
A Week after the Wedding
You’ll receive a preview gallery within a few days. Perfect for reliving the day, sending to friends, and sharing online.
8 Weeks after the Wedding
Your full gallery will be ready within eight weeks, delivered via a beautifully curated online gallery with access to downloads, favourites, and a print store.

How do we book you?
It starts with an enquiry. I’ll send over my brochure and a link to book a discovery call. If everything feels like a good fit, I’ll send through a contract and invoice — once both are completed, your date is locked in.
How far in advance should we book?
I take bookings up to 18 months in advance. Most couples tend to enquire around the 12–15 month mark, but once you’ve found your photographer, there’s no need to wait. I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to keep things personal.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I photograph weddings across the UK and abroad, especially in places like Italy and Mallorca. All travel and accommodation are included in your quote, so you don’t need to organise a thing on my side.
Can we customise our photography package?
Every wedding is different, and your coverage should reflect that. You can add extras like film, second shooters, multi-day coverage or albums. If something doesn’t feel needed, we can tailor around it. Just let me know what matters most to you.
Will you help us with planning?
Yes, I’ll help with timelines, light focussed ceremony times, and building in space for the photos that matter to you. You’ll also get a planning guide packed with tips to make the most of your day.
Do we need a second photographer?
It depends on your plans. If you’re getting ready in different locations or have a large guest list, a second shooter is the best way to capture more moments without feeling rushed or stretched. I’ll always give honest advice on this during our discovery call.
Are you insured?
Yes, I’m fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity cover. Most venues ask for this, and I’m always happy to provide documents if needed. You’re in safe hands.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll get a preview within 48 hours of your wedding. The full gallery will be ready 4–6 weeks later. Carefully selected, edited by me, and delivered in a beautiful online gallery ready to download, share and print.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes. Your gallery includes access to a premium print store with albums, prints and frames. All designed to showcase your images exactly as they should be. No fuss, just simple, beautiful quality. If you’re after something more bespoke, like a custom coffee table book, I can help design and organise that too.
What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?
Most people feel that way. My job is to help you relax, to know when to guide, when to step back, and how to make the process feel natural. You don’t need to perform, just be yourselves, and I’ll take care of the rest.
